The ATM Blueprint ("we," "us") provides educational content, free tools (the profit calculator, compliance guide, and state compliance map), and a paid Operator's Club membership that includes the course and community. These terms apply to anyone using theatmblueprint.com or purchasing membership access.
The ATM Blueprint provides education only. We do not guarantee any level of income or success. Individual results vary based on location quality, effort, capital, market conditions, and factors entirely outside our control. Any figures referenced on this site are illustrative industry data, not typical results or promises.
The membership is education, not a promise of a business, placement, income, financing, processing approval, or result. Where a disclosure or waiting period is required by applicable business-opportunity law, it will be provided separately on the legally required timeline before the affected purchase.
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge and does not end access early: access continues through the full month or year already paid for. Lifetime membership is charged once and does not renew.
Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-period refunds or prorated credits. Exceptions apply where required by law or for a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact [email protected] about a billing error.
Course materials, templates, and content are for the purchasing student's personal use only — not for resale, redistribution, or use in a competing course or community.
Levi separately operates an ATM processing business and may earn residual income if a member chooses to process through it. That financial connection is disclosed at the point of recommendation. The course presents multiple processors for comparison and does not require members to use Levi's processing company.
The educational content and free tools (including the calculator, compliance guide, and state map) are provided "as is" for informational purposes, without a warranty of income, business performance, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for verifying requirements and making your own business decisions.
These terms are governed by applicable United States and state law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
