The ATM Blueprint ("we," "us") provides educational content and free tools (the profit calculator, the compliance guide, the state compliance map) — and, once launched, a paid course and membership community. These terms apply to anyone using theatmblueprint.com or, later, purchasing the course or membership.
The ATM Blueprint provides education only. We do not guarantee any level of income or success. Individual results vary based on location quality, effort, capital, market conditions, and factors entirely outside our control. Any figures referenced on this site are illustrative industry data, not typical results or promises.
Depending on how the course is ultimately structured, it may qualify as a "business opportunity" under FTC rules (16 CFR Part 437), which require a specific disclosure document delivered at least 7 days before purchase. That disclosure will be in place before checkout exists — this section will be replaced with attorney-drafted language before any payment is accepted.
14-day conditional refund: available if you've completed less than 25% of the course and provide a written reason. Templates and model downloads unlock in Module 9, so a refunding student never accesses them. Memberships cancel anytime; no refund for partial membership periods already paid.
Course materials, templates, and content are for the purchasing student's personal use only — not for resale, redistribution, or use in a competing course or community.
Levi separately operates an ATM processing business. If that relationship is ever recommended to students, it will be disclosed clearly and prominently at the point of recommendation, consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides — not buried in these terms alone.
The free tools on this site (the calculator, the compliance guide, the state map) are provided "as is," for informational purposes, without warranty of any kind. A full attorney-reviewed limitation of liability clause will be added before checkout launches.
Governing jurisdiction will be specified here once the business entity is formed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
