We collect the email address used for checkout or sign-in; optional profile details you provide; classroom progress and quiz activity; community posts, comments, reactions, event RSVPs, and private reminders; and account, access, and billing-history records needed to operate the service. If you join the public email list, Beehiiv receives the email address you submit.
Stripe handles checkout, card details, receipts, and its hosted billing portal. We store Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, price, status, and amount identifiers needed to grant access and keep billing history accurate. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
We use email for sign-in links, purchase and account messages, support, and email-list updates you requested. We do not sell your email address or personal information.
Stripe processes checkout and billing; Beehiiv operates the public email list; Zoho Mail handles business email; and the membership platform is self-hosted. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes on our behalf.
For a request to access, correct, or delete your information, email [email protected]. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.
